A patent is a valuable asset of a company that is critical to protect their product from duplication, fraud & misuse. Obtaining a patent in any country is a lengthy process. Only inventions that are novel, useful, inventive, and have industrial applicability are granted a patent. QR678® filed its first patent in India in 2012 and granted the patent in 2019, after a seven-year process. It was granted USA patent in 2017.
